383 guest accommodations include 40 Garden Bungalows, 90 Beach Bungalows, 93 Beach villas, 100 Jacuzzi Beach Villas, 50 Water Villas including 1 Honeymoon Suite,10 Sultan Villas including 1 Sulthan Villa with twin unites. All feature tropical decore , a king size bed , tile or wood floors , porch with furniture, air conditioning, overhead ceiling fan, sitting area, stocked Mini Bar, Nespresso machine with tea/coffee making facilities. Dining

Four man restaurants, conveniently located to best serve our guests. The Bonthi, for guests in Garden Bungalows and Beach Bungalows; The Koamas, for guests in some Beach Villas and Jacuzzi Beach Villas; the "O" for guests in the nearby Beach Villas; The Sangu for Guests in Water Villas and the Honeymoon Suite. Sultan Villa guests choose where they prefer to dine. All four main restaurants feature common buffets for breakfast, lunch and dinner, served in traditional open-air, sand or wood floor, thatch or wood shingle roof dining rooms with individual table per room.

There are optional a' la carte restaurants including Franco's, an all day dinning menu featuring Mediterranean cuisine as well as pizza, burgers and sandwitches; The Far East specialising in Japanese cuisine; The Beach, serving fresh, local seafood and steaks; a Snack Menu at the Bars and Pools; Room Service and Exclusive Dinners served on the beach!!

Duniye Spa provides a tropical spa experience for ladies and gentlemen, focused on wholeness, simplicity, purity and quality. The therapist's healing energy combined with Asian massage techniques and using only chemical free, pure organic compounds follows a natural, holistic, personalized approach to caring for each guest's health, beauty and wellbeing. Two spas, one at the center of the island and the other at the 'O' resort at northeast of the Island.

Prodivers Dive Center featuring guided diving and snorkeling boat trips, equipment and accessory sales, rental and repair, and a complete PADI 5 star instructional programmes.

Garden Bungalows (56 sqm) in the gardens , a few steps from the northern beach, with a partially open-air bathroom with shower, and a complimentary daily once refill of coffee/tea sachets, and high speed broadband WIFI internet connection.
Beach Bungalow (56 sqm) on the northern beach sea facing, the same accommodation and amenities as the Garden Bungalows, with four poster bed.
Beach Villas (68 sqm) on the north eastern beach of the resort catching the first rays of the sun, These villas have spacious bedrooms with sitting are furnished exquisitely with teak wood furniture. Facilities include king size bed, cupboards to plenty of storage space, Air conditioning, ceiling fan in the villa and over the deck, stocked mini bar , wine cooler, electronic safe, direct dialing telephone with IDD connection , complimentary WiFi, sun bed, day bed, beach towels, hair drier, kimono, CD player,iPod docking station , coffee/tea making facility, etc
Jacuzzi Beach Villas (70 sqm) Romantic villas line the southern beach of the resort facing the Indian Ocean, just a few steps away from the lagoon. they are exquisitely furnished with wrought iron furniture and feature a furnished veranda. The villa have four poster beds and a Jacuzzi for two under a thatched pavilion and day bed as part of the semi open bath room.
Water Villas (70 sqm) Fabulous Villas on wooden column in the north western lagoon of the resort with a romantic view of the sunset. These villas have two layered decks with the lower one having steps leading to the into the beautiful lagoon live with colorful marine life. The other amenities are similar to the Beach Villas.
Water Villa (Honeymoon) suite (110 sqm) same as the Water Villas but more spacious including a living area, enclosed bathroom, and Jacuzzi on the deck enclosed for privacy.
Sultan Pool Villas (300 sqm) are tucked into the tropical gardens, just a short walk to the beach... these exclusive luxuriously appointed villas are more spacious, with teak furniture, four poster bed, iPod docking station , lounge chair, walk in wardrobe, wet bar, stocked Mini Bar, stocked wine refrigerator , a large partially open air bathroom with double sinks, rain shower and Jacuzzi for two, and your own 4x10 meter swimming pool with a large wooden deck, chaise lounges and an open-air , furnished and shaded pavilion, all surrounded by lush landscaping and the privacy of high walls... your own Sultan's Palace!
