GENERAL TERM & CONDITION
• All net rates are quoted in USD per room per night including Breakfast and includes 10%Service Charge, 16% T-GST and USD 3 (Kaani Beach & Village) , USD 6 (Kaani Grand Seaview & Kaani Palm Beach) Green Tax per person per night.
• Government taxes and fees are subject to change and Kaani Hotels reserves the right to add these on, effective from the date of implementation. 10% Service Charge plus 16% TGST will be charged on any additional services not already shown in this Agreement.
• All accounts must be settled at least 14 days prior to guests’ arrival and the copy of payment confirmations are to be sent to the accounts department. Reservations will automatically be released if prepayment is not received as specified above.
CHECK-IN TIME
Standard Check-In time for all Kaani properties is 14:00Hrs with early Check-In available subject to availability.
Standard Check-Out time for all Kaani Properties is 12:00Hrs with late Check-Outs available subject to availability.
TRANSFERS
Transfers to and from Maafushi are available via Private Speedboat Charter or Kaani Shared Speed boat ferry services. Return transfer by Kaani Ferry speedboat USD 50.00 per adult and Children 02 to 9.99 years USD 30.00 per child (Infants 00-02 yrs FREE).
Private Speed Boat
The price for private speedboat transfer charges are as follows;
USD 180.00 | 0 - 08 person capacity boat
USD 300.00 | 0 - 18 person capacity boat
USD 400.00 | 0 - 28 person capacity boat
USD 600.00 | 0 - 48 person capacity boat
(per way/ not per person) and advance booking is required.
Travel time by speedboat is 35 minutes.

PLEASE NOTE - AGE CRITERIA:
• 0 to 1.99 yrs. = INFANT
• 3 to 9.99 yrs. = CHILD
• 10 yrs. & above = ADULT
CHILDREN POLICY
Children of all ages are welcome at all Kaani Hotels.
• Infants 00 – 02 years - Green Tax Only.
• Child rate from 3 to 05 years - USD 15.00 per night (Using the Existing Bed)
• Child rate from 05 years and above - USD 25.00 per night (with an Extra Bed)
The maximum number of extra beds or baby cots permitted in a room is 1.
CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW
• Cancellation within 21 days prior to dates of stay booked = 25% of the total of room and meal package invoiced will be charged.
• Cancellation within 14 days prior to dates of stay booked = 50% of the total of room and meal package invoiced will be charged.
• Cancellation within 7 days prior to dates of stay booked = 100% of the total of room and meal package invoiced will be charged.
• No Shows and Early Departure will be charged 100% of the total invoice value.
