Dining
Kandooma Café. (6.30am to 10.00pm)
Greet the new day in the “Big Barnacle” in the company of sunshine, atoll waves and Radio Kandooma’s breakfast show. Tell our attendant chefs how you’d like your eggs to go with your international breakfast, complete with fresh orange juice, fresh ground coffee and loose leaf teas. Come evening, the “Big Barnacle” transforms from bright and breezy to soft and romantic, lit by the intimate glow of candles and buoyed by thennchilled beats of Radio Kandooma Bleu. The dinner menu stars a unique fusion of Mediterranean crusine spiced with touches of Asia as well as themed buffet nights.
Bokkuraa Coffee Club. (11:00 am to 10:30pm)
Enjoy a little bit of the “city-by-the-beach” at Bokkuraa Coffee Club. Choose from a daily changing rotation of fresh pastries and homemade ice creams to go with boutique coffees and teas freshly brewed to order. Take in the stunning vistas of pool, sea and sky, or catch up on the latest buzz while you wait.
The Kitchen and Wine Room. (6:30pm to 10:30pm)
An exquisitely elegant dining experience with the best view of the island, The Kitchen offers diners a sublime Mediterranean-Thai menu out on the beach with feet in sand, in upholstered comfort overlooking the Kandooma Channel. Or engage in light-hearted conversation with the chefs at one of the two main kitchen ranges. Just 15 paces away is the Wine Room with a choice of 250 different old-world and new-world wines.
Take-out and delivery. (24 hours)
The perfect end to an exhilarating three-day dive, wind down with a selection of simple but tempting bites picked up at your leisure or conveniently delivered to your door. Two different menus-breakfast and all-day means that any time is a good time for a bite.
Villa Barbecue. (On Order)
Settle right in with a do-it-yourself villa barbecue, with fresh ingredients delivered right to your door. Enjoy Kandooma in the comfort and privacy of your villa, surrounded by family and loved ones, and great food on the grill!
The Lounge. (8:30am to midnight)
Order up a cup of coffee or tea and settle back and listen to the diving stories told by the dives who hang out here. Or play bar top games, enjoy light snacks or, perhaps, catch a classic movie under the twinkling stars.
Pool Bar. (11:00am to 10:30pm)
Steaks, pizzas, sandwiches, salads, and your favourite poolside beverages make a compelling case for lounging the day away in the sun.Go on, you know you want to!
The Deck. (5:30pm to 10:30pm)
Atop the Kitchen is The Deck, probably the best place in Kandooma to catch the sunset. Enjoy an aperitif or after-dinner cocktails mixed to perfection by the resident mixologist. After sundown, Moroccan lanterns, take over to complement the stars in the night sky.

Run by internationally accredited dive operator, Euro Divers, the Dive Centre welcomes divers of all ability levels and nationalities for a sojourn beneath the clear blue waters of Kandooma Fushi.
